Weeks 2–9 · Core Sprint

Syllabus Overview: Core Training Sessions

Each week introduces new concepts, builds directly on the previous session, and includes hands-on activities, AI-assisted learning, and structured takeaways.

  1. Week 2 · Session 1

    Your Business Command Center

Set up your strategic infrastructure — company profile, founder "Why," and first project in Traxcend™. Learn to navigate the Dashboard and sidebar, complete the Company Branding module with logo and brand color, use the Why Builder to define your founder narrative, walk through the Setup Checklist, and create your first Project with description, status, and revenue target.

    Learning Objectives

    • Articulate the importance of a centralized business operating system
    • Navigate the Traxcend™ Dashboard and sidebar
    • Create a complete company profile with branding
    • Compose a founder "Why" statement

Key Takeaway: A centralized business profile eliminates scattered information and creates a professional foundation.

  2. Week 3 · Session 2

    Know Your Numbers

Master financial tracking with income/expense recording, transaction categorization, and recurring cost management. Understand accounting categories (sales, marketing, supplies, travel, professional services), link transactions to specific projects for P&L clarity, set up Recurring Expenses for monthly bills and subscriptions, and read your Dashboard financial snapshot.

    Learning Objectives

    • Explain income vs. expense tracking and real-time financial visibility
    • Categorize transactions using standard accounting categories
    • Record transactions linked to specific projects
    • Set up recurring expenses for accurate cost tracking

Key Takeaway: You cannot manage what you do not measure — financial tracking is the first step to profitability.

  3. Week 4 · Session 3

    Build Your Relationship Engine

Manage the full relationship lifecycle — from initial connection through lead qualification to active client. Learn the Connection → Lead → Client progression, add contacts in My Network with personal hooks and event details, convert to leads in Prospecting, graduate to full Client profiles, log Communication History, and use the AI Communication Assistant for outreach suggestions.

    Learning Objectives

    • Describe the full relationship lifecycle
    • Capture and organize professional contacts
    • Convert connections to leads and graduate to clients
    • Log communication history for institutional memory

Key Takeaway: Your network is a business asset — a structured pipeline unlocks revenue opportunities you're currently missing.

  4. Week 5 · Session 4

    Package What You Sell

Define professional service and product offerings with pricing, and generate client-ready proposals. Learn why clear definitions close deals faster, create service listings and product entries with pricing models and categories, use the Proposal Generator with AI Proposal Assistant for professional proposals, and save reusable Proposal Templates for faster turnaround.

    Learning Objectives

    • Distinguish services from products and define each clearly
    • Create professional listings with pricing and descriptions
    • Generate proposals using templates and AI assistance
    • Explain how clear packaging accelerates the sales process

Key Takeaway: Undefined offerings lead to scope creep and undercharging — clarity is revenue protection.

  5. Week 6 · Session 5

    Stay on Track

Master tasks, workflows, and productivity systems to prevent the "founder bottleneck" that stalls growth. Create prioritized tasks with due dates linked to clients and projects, build custom workflows for repeatable processes, capture meeting notes and strategic memos, log billable hours and business mileage, and use the Content Calendar for a unified view of all deadlines.

    Learning Objectives

    • Create prioritized tasks linked to business entities
    • Design custom workflows for repeatable processes
    • Use notes, calendar, and time tracking for operational clarity
    • Explain how systematized tasks prevent the founder bottleneck

Key Takeaway: Workflows turn tribal knowledge into repeatable processes that can eventually be delegated or automated.

  6. Week 7 · Session 6

    Get Paid & Get Found

Create professional invoices, build lead capture forms, and establish your marketing foundation. Master the invoice lifecycle (draft → sent → paid → overdue), build custom lead capture forms with the Form Builder and distribute them across digital channels, explore the Marketing Dashboard overview, and use the Content Hub for creating marketing content within Traxcend™.

    Learning Objectives

    • Create and send professional invoices with line items and payment links
    • Explain the invoice lifecycle and its cash flow impact
    • Build a custom lead capture form
    • Identify core marketing engine components

Key Takeaway: A lead capture form is your 24/7 salesperson — it works when you sleep, travel, or focus on delivery.

  7. Week 8 · Session 7

    Grow Smarter

Leverage AI-powered business intelligence, current state analysis, and market intelligence for strategic growth. Run a Current State Analysis AI health check, explore Growth & Risk Scenarios with Predictive Analytics, initiate Market Intelligence projects covering market size, customer avatar, and competitive landscape, and set up KPIs in the KPI Dashboard.

    Learning Objectives

    • Explain how AI transforms operational data into strategic recommendations
    • Run a Current State Analysis
    • Interpret growth and risk scenarios
    • Initiate market intelligence projects

Key Takeaway: AI amplifies your judgment by surfacing patterns and risks you would not see in a spreadsheet.

  8. Week 9 · Session 8

    The Certified Operational Manual

Discover funding opportunities, set up sales pipelines, generate financial reports, and finalize your complete business playbook. Navigate the Funding Explorer and Grant Finder for grants and government contracts, set up a visual Sales Pipeline from lead to close, run a 13-week Cash Flow Forecast, and generate P&L statements and expense breakdowns in Financial Reports.

    Learning Objectives

    • Navigate funding discovery tools for grants and contracts
    • Set up a visual sales pipeline
    • Generate a 13-week cash flow forecast
    • Produce financial reports for stakeholders and tax prep

Key Takeaway: Your Traxcend™ workspace is now a living operational manual — a system that evolves with your business every day.
