1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the MFSB Internal Management System (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform.

2. Use License and Access

Access to the Platform is restricted to active MFSB Pro Members authenticated through Circle.so. Your membership grants you:

• Personal, non-transferable access to the Platform
• Use of frameworks, AI tools, and training materials for your business
• Access to your account data and assessment results

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by MFSB at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or access with unauthorized users
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Extract data through automated means (scraping, bots, etc.)
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices from materials

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including frameworks, training materials, software, text, graphics, logos, and AI-generated content, is the property of MFSB or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. User-Generated Content

When you submit content (testimonials, saved content, questions), you grant MFSB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for Platform operations and improvement. You retain ownership of your content but warrant that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. AI Assistant Usage

The AI Assistant provides information and recommendations based on MFSB frameworks and training content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. You are responsible for verifying information and making your own business decisions.

7. Account Termination

MFSB reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, MFSB, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MFSB does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MFSB or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, even if MFSB has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

11. Changes to Terms

MFSB reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Platform after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
