Full Refund Policy Details

At Moving Forward Small Business, we are on a mission to save one million small businesses from failure. Our Transcend Cohorts are not self-paced courses; they are high-touch, intensive implementation programs designed to build lasting habits and install a permanent Certified Operational Manual into your business.

Because we strictly limit our cohorts to only 6 participants to ensure personal facilitation and direct support, every seat is a significant commitment of our resources and our expert team.

1. Cancellation Before the Program Starts

Full Refund

You may receive a 100% refund of your registration fee if you request it at least 7 days before your scheduled Onboarding session. This allows us enough time to offer your seat to a merchant on our waiting list.

Late Cancellation

If you request a refund within 7 days of your start date, you will receive a refund minus a $250 setup fee. This fee covers the administrative costs of preparing your 100% ADA-compliant materials and setting up your specialized platform access.

2. The "Success Partnership" Guarantee (After the Program Starts)

We focus on results and implementation, not just theory. Once your cohort begins, we do not offer traditional cash refunds. Your investment goes immediately toward securing your one full year of access to our proprietary tools (Traxcend™, FoClea™, or Victally™) and compensating the expert team dedicated to your success.

Our Success Guarantee

If you attend every session and complete the necessary steps to build your manual, but feel you haven't achieved the operational clarity we promised, we will not give up on you.

Jimmy Newson and the MFSB team will provide an additional 30 days of one-on-one strategic support at no extra cost to ensure your systems are running correctly and your new habits are taking hold.

3. The "Life Happens" Credit

We understand that as a small business owner, unexpected life or medical emergencies can happen.

If a major life event prevents you from completing your 13-week journey, we will not let your investment go to waste.

We will pause your participation and issue you a full credit to join the very next available cohort so you can finish your manual and cross the finish line with your peers.

By enrolling in an MFSB Transcend Cohort, you are agreeing to show up, do the work, and support your fellow merchants in their growth. We are committed to your success, and we expect the same level of commitment to your business's future.
