11. Can I Maintain My Own Website or Do I Have to Use Your Maintenance Plan?
Yes. You can maintain your own site after we do the initial build. If you decide that you would prefer us or anyone else to maintain your site, that is totally up to you. Just reach out to us anytime if you have questions.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ
- Your URL Domain: You must purchase your domain. It is not included with the plan. If you need a domain, we recommend you do with Bluehost. We can purchase it for you and then transfer ownership to you. Click here to purchase your domain.
- We will take care of everything to get your website live, including building your website, making it live on your chosen hosting platform, connecting it to your domain.
- You cannot customize the formatting of the template. Only the text and images, but not the layout.
- All turnaround times are based on you getting us all the assets we need in a timely manner. Delays on your end produces delays on our end. This will unfortunately cause us to issue a new completion date.
- The pages you choose, will dictate how your final website looks.
- We will provide high-end royalty-free images for you, but you should provide exact images of your vending machines, snacks and locations if available to hyper-personalize your website. You can even include videos if you have them. All assets need to be submitted before the website is completed. No images can be added after the website goes live unless you have a website maintenance plan.
- If you abandon your website project before it’s complete, you will only receive a partial refund based on how much work has already been performed on your website.
